About us

dollarDEX was founded in 1999, with the aim of offering affordable investing for everyone. You incur zero fees when you invest through our platform and you get to choose from a wide variety of funds. With dollarDEX, you invest with a peace of mind and best of all, pay no fees.

dollarDEX is owned by Navigator Investment Services Ltd (Navigator), a company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Navigator is owned by Singapore Life Ltd (Singlife), a digital first financial services company in Asia. Singlife leverages off a tradition of providing financial solutions and advisory services in the Singapore market for nearly 40 years, combined with the DNA of a start-up, to give power back to consumers to manage their financial health.

CPFIS-registered Investment Administrator status

Navigator is a CPFIS-registered Investment Administrator (IA). This means we can draw consolidated funds directly from your CPF agent bank account, saving you hefty bank charges. A non-IA status distributor has to send the instructions to the fund house, which will then draw monies from your CPF agent bank account. Each time this happens, you pay CPF agent bank charges. If you have investments spread across many fund houses, the charges will be high.
