Terms and conditions

1. This campaign is organized by Navigator Investment Services Limited. (“Navigator”).

2. Only qualifying customers are eligible to participate in this campaign. In order to be a qualifying customer:

Every $10,000 invested or switch-ins into the following funds will entitle you to receive $8 worth of bonus units into PineBridge Singapore Bond Fund;

PineBridge Singapore Bond Fund
PineBridge Asia Pacific Investment Grade Bond Fund A5HD SGD
PineBridge Acorns of Asia Balanced Fund
PineBridge India Equity Fund A USD
PineBridge India Equity Fund A5CP SGD;

Only new subscriptions (including top-up and RSP) and switch-ins into the above funds are eligible for the campaign, inclusive of Cash, SRS, CPF-OA & CPF-SA monies subject to fund prospectus and you should not switch out nor fully or partially liquidate your holdings during the campaign period in order to qualify;

3. This campaign is from 11th November 2020 to 10th May 2021.

4. All trades are to be submitted by 10th May 2021 with payment successfully cleared before Navigator’s cut off time in order to qualify;

5. If you are starting a new RSP, your GIRO setup must be approved and your first successful RSP must be executed within the campaign period;

6. If you qualify for this campaign, you will receive the bonus units in your account by 31 July 2021 at the prevailing price available on the date that Navigator put through the trades. Please note that you must not fully liquidate your holdings /close your account before 31 July 2021 to qualify for this campaign.

7. You are advised to read the fund prospectus carefully before making any investment decision.

8. By participating in this campaign, you:

9. accept that Navigator’s decision on all matters relating to this campaign is final, conclusive and binding on you. No further correspondence will be entertained; and

10. you consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) (“Act”) to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to Navigator and such other third party for the purpose of this campaign, including the third parties administering this campaign, or any third parties that Navigator may, in its absolute discretion, consider appropriate or necessary in connection with the campaign. You confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Navigator Data Protection Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Navigator from time to time, a copy of which can be found at https://www.singlife.com/en/pdpa/

11. Navigator reserves the right at any time and in its absolute discretion to vary, amend, add or supplement these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the percentage of bonus units and allocation of fund), or withdraw or discontinue this campaign at any time without any notice or liability to you.

12. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any banners, marketing or any promotional material relating to this campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

13. All investments and transfers are subject to such investment terms and conditions as Navigator may impose.

14. A person who is not a participant to this campaign shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and in participating in this campaign, you submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

16. This campaign is not valid with other offers, promotions or campaigns.
