FAQ: Questions on new cut-off times

Q. If I placed my order at 8.30am, will the transaction be sent to Navigator today assuming it is a business day?
Yes, all trades placed before 9.30am will be put through at 9.30am today.

Q. If I placed my order at 2.30pm, will the transaction be sent to Navigator today assuming it is a business day?
No, it is after the 2pm cut off time. Any last orders submitted before 2pm will still be processed as per usual. Anything after 2pm will be put through at 9.30am next business day.

Q. If my order is sent to Navigator, is it too late to cancel it?
Once the order meets the cut off time, it will be sent to Navigator and too late to cancel using your Account Activity page. See FAQ below for more information.

Q. If my order is sent to Navigator does it mean that the order is paid?
For all trades the deal date is based on the time your payment reaches Navigator, not the time you place the order. Your transaction date and hence price are based on date of payment received and properly identified. See FAQ below for more information.
