Regular savings plans (RSPs) are a disciplined way to invest small amounts monthly (from $100). You benefit from dollar cost averaging, which can lower your investment costs over upswings and downturns. You can change the amount, or terminate the program, usually without penalty. Note 7 working days notice required to stop existing RSPs.
