Financial Adviser Representatives

Representatives take on a variety of roles, mostly focused on client work, and business growth. They work closely with the senior team, but are expected to work independently.

They also tend to have at least 3 to 4 years' work experience on joining dollarDEX, usually in some area of wealth management, insurance or banking.

Practically, they tend to take on focused client advisory roles. But they could easily (and are eager) to fill a variety of functions, including new business generation, marketing, service, and management. They are comfortable with variable compensation -- being paid for results.

Representatives should have passed, or be on the verge of passing, the following exams:

• M5 - Rules And Regulations For Financial Advisory Services
• M8 - Collective Investment Schemes
• optionally, M9 - Life Insurance And Investment-Linked Policies
• optionally, HI - Health Insurance

Those with hands-on experience in advising on investments and/or insurance will have an advantage.

Managers take on a variety of roles, mostly focused on managing a team of Representatives. They work closely with the senior team, but are expected to work independently.

They also tend to have at least 5 to 10 years' work experience on joining dollarDEX, usually in some area of wealth management, insurance or banking.

Practically, they tend to take on team leader roles. But they could easily (and are eager) to fill a variety of functions, including new business generation, marketing, service, and management. They are comfortable with variable compensation -- being paid for results.

Managers should have passed, or be on the verge of passing, the following exams:

• M5 - Rules And Regulations For Financial Advisory Services
• M8 - Collective Investment Schemes
• M9 - Life Insurance And Investment-Linked Policies
• HI - Health Insurance

Those with hands-on experience in team leading will have an advantage.
