Terms and conditions for promotions:

Unless explicitly stated, all these terms and conditions apply.
1. The standard terms and conditions apply.
2. Validity. Only products with the appropriate promotional symbols next to them in a listing of quotations qualify for those promotions. Only one promotion can be selected for any purchase, even if many are available.
3. No cumulation of qualifications over transactions. Each promotion applies once to each transaction per user - e.g: a travel insurance promotion for premiums exceeding $100 does not apply to 4 people each buying a $25 policy, a unit trust promotion for investments exceeding $1000 does not apply to 2 purchases each of $500. Similarly, a gift promotion on an investment of a minimum of $1,000 will not be rewarded 10 times for an investment of $10,000 by the same user, even if 10 transactions are made. Please check with us before transacting if you are unsure of terms.
4. Credit cards. Unless the promotion explicitly states credit cards can be used, you cannot use MasterCard/Visa or any other credit card for purchases of unit trusts with this promotion.
5. When qualification kicks in. Promotions with qualifications must have them paid for first - e.g: if a GIRO is needed, the promotion qualifies only after first GIRO deduction (just setting up the GIRO does not qualify yet).
6. Information provided. Information required in the purchase and promotion registration must be provided fully and truthfully to qualify.
7. Transferability. Promotions are assigned to the investor as defined by NRIC and mailing address, and are not transferable, such as by changing the recipient or mailing address.
8. Right. dollarDEX reserves the right not to make any promotion to any person(s) or change the terms such as substituting a promotion for another, without giving any reason or advance notice.
9. When promotions will be ready. If your transaction date is this month, your reward will be ready after the 22nd of next month.
The exception are pricing promotions, in which the adjustment will be made on the transaction.
10. Limited holding period. Please understand that we have limited space and your rewards will be held for you for 2 months from the time it is ready. If you do not collect it by then, it will be withdrawn and reassigned to other customers.
11. Collecting rewards. Unless otherwise stated, you can collect your rewards at our office. Please bring your NRIC to collect the reward. The address is:

12. Delivering rewards. We do not generally deliver for 2 reasons: some rewards are bearer only (e.g., cash vouchers) so there is a risk of loss, and we save on delivery costs to gives you lower pricing. However, we can deliver for a nominal cost of SGD25 on top of third-party charges such as registered mail. Please let us know and we will find out the third-party charges for you.
13. Collection by someone else. If you are asking someone else to collect on your behalf, please sign a letter with the following wording, and that person must bring his or her NRIC:

    If these orders were purchased using payment (such as CPF or credit cards) that subsequently bounce, I will, within 5 working days of being notified of the bounce, either:

    1. return these (or replacement) items in original condition
    2. pay for the orders using cash, or
    3. pay for the promotions items at the prevailing retail price.
