FAQ: How do I get money in and out of dollarDEX?
There are many ways to pay for your investments but all withdrawals are done directly to your nominated bank account. Note, strictly speaking, you get money in and out of Navigator not dollarDEX. Navigator holds assets for investment clients of dollarDEX, among other FAs.

Money in

You can use "cash" (meaning cheque, transfer of funds by internet, bill payment, credit card) for almost all funds. Most funds allow you to use SRS, and some allow you to pay using CPF savings. Do not pay until you have placed your order using the online Invest page. After you have placed your order, detailed payment instructions will be emailed to you (under "Next Steps" of your order form). For more details on getting money in read this FAQ.

Money out

To get your money out first sign in to your account, and then sell the relevant fund. If you bought the fund using cash, the proceeds will be sent to your nominated bank account. If you bought the fund using CPF or SRS, the proceeds will be sent to relevant CPFIS or SRS account. If you haven't yet nominated a bank account or need to change it use this form. The bank account you nominate will have to be one from a Singapore-based bank or branch. It can be the same or different from the one you used to make payments, but you must be one of the account holders. Withdrawals to 3rd parties are not allowed.
